An invitation to go deeper with mental health
Dealing with mental health or helping/leading those that might be dealing with it, this is for you!
I was hoping to get this message out for a long time! There could not be a better moment than this week! Mental Health Week!
We have all experienced some challenges with depression or anxiety, to different levels; hence I know we can all relate to this topic somehow.
In an article that I wrote lately about mental health for Brainz Magazine, I suggest that our evolution will have to go through a deeper shift that talking and having tools in regards of mental health!
What does your path to happiness looks like?
At one point in our lives, we stop, typically late 30s early 40s or early 50s and say to ourselves: “Wait a minute! Is that all there is to life!”
We can have had a lot of success of very little, yet the intention is persistent and says: “I want to be happy, really!” Perhaps you got to this point, like me, with many failed relationships, unfulfilled in my work, a bankruptcy and then abundance!
Why those challenges … again!
Didn’t we all face a difficult time, yet again, and thought! Why? Why is this showing up into my life!
There might be several reasons for that, depending on the lance we put on or perhaps one could say that it is just life unfolding!
Our heroic journey!
Aren’t you tired of seeing, reading, hearing about how we (humans) are destroying our planet, making wars, killing out of greed and profiting over one another in this incessant quest for success and money!
If that is too macro, let’s bring it down closer to home and look at how we are living mostly a life based on status, performance, competitiveness, control, power; where hustling, money and material possessions are badges of honour.
Conscious Selling
Sales, as we know it, as never really talked about consciousness! All of the traditional models are giving us a multitude of tricks and tactics to influence and close deals! Science, via psychology has, of course, made its way into this profession to understand the human psyche, yet the end goal always remained the same: Sell, close, win deals and make money!
Is there all there is to sales?
